I want to divorce my wife for adultery but was told that isn’t possible if I found out more than six months ago – is this true?

Sorry to hear you are going through a difficult time, Craig. To use adultery to get legally divorced, you need to have started proceedings within six months of finding out about the adultery. You can still get divorced but you’ll have to use a different reason (most likely unreasonable behaviour – you can read more about this reason for divorce here) Get in touch and I can help you further by booking a free minute call here.
