Amicable is a trading name for E-NEGOTIATION LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09737396 whose registered address is at Unit 5, Sheen Stables, 119 Sheen Lane, London, England SW14 8AE, hereinafter referred to as ‘Amicable’ or ‘we’ operates the website at amicable.io (the ‘Site’). In these terms, references to ‘you’ or ‘your’ shall mean the person visiting the Site. We set out the following terms and conditions to govern your use of the Site.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Site; and by using our Site or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 16 years of age and you expressly agree to be bound by these terms. You should read the terms carefully and ensure that you understand their effect before proceeding to use the Site. If you disagree with any part of the terms, do not use the Site.       • Unless otherwise stated, Amicable or its licensors are the exclusive owners of the Intellectual Property Rights in the Site and the material on the Site which are copyright protected and reserved to Amicable.     • All of these terms are governed by English Law and any disputes arising in relation to these terms and/or the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
