hey, me and my ex partner are still living together, but we're breaking up, and since we've been together for 8 years there are lots of things that are 'ours' and we need to sort that out. Are there specific things we gotta sort out legally, or do we just need to reach a consensus call it quits and move on? And if we can't reach a consensus?
