We will be selling the family home and we have a lease car that will have to be returned at the end of the lease unless I take the lease on. Both our house and car need maintenance. The car we have to repair or we will be penalised. Our home will be more sellable and increase its worth with the work done. My husband earns more and would usually pay for this sort of thing from his annual bonus. I can’t afford it. Is there anyway that I can resolve getting these things fixed? Does my husband have any obligation?
