We have two children that live with my ex partner. We manage well and I think both spend a good amount of time with them. They are both primary school age.
I have always felt we can manage the arrangements with them without any legal input but should we formally agree in writing how we co parent (eg time we see them etc) incase things change in terms of the relationship between me and my ex ?
