For a lot of people, Christmas can be the point where things finally come to a head. If you’ve separated over the holidays or realised you’re heading that way, it can feel quite daunting once everything goes quiet again and real life kicks back in.

On **Monday 19th January**, amicable Divorce Specialists Paul Richardson and Lisa Berlet are running a 45 minute webinar called *Separated after Christmas: what to do next. *They’ll be talking through the early stages of separation, practical next steps, and how to steady yourself after what can be a really emotional period. There’ll also be time for questions at the end.

I’m interested to hear from the community too. If you’ve recently separated, what feels most confusing or overwhelming right now? Or if you’ve been through this stage before, what helped you get started when everything felt a bit raw?
