I watched the pensions webinar and it was really helpful, but I’ve still got a couple of questions. How do you actually work out what part of a pension counts from the marriage, especially if someone was in the scheme before getting married?
The webinar mentioned PODEs, but I’m not sure whether that’s something you organise yourself or through a solicitor. I’m not in a dispute with my ex and we’re trying to keep it all as simple and fair as possible. I just want to make sure we do things properly and don’t miss something important.
