My parent passed away end of 2025 and the house was put into children name with note the remaining parent live there for free until the death (hose is abroad) I believe i need to disclose this in uk but can I put the house value from the probation document (don't want to send state agen to the house to scare the remaining parent) . Will my hose portion be used in divorce? ( we don't know when we will be able to sell the house due the the living clause) plus in that country any inheritance is not shared (I got dual nationality) .Will I need to get probation papers translated?
