Whether you’re just thinking about separating, have recently separated, or are in the early stages of divorce, it can be really hard to know what you should be doing next, legally speaking. Many people worry about moving too fast, doing the wrong thing, or missing something important.
On **Monday 26th January, 12:30–1:15pm**, we’re running a 45-minute webinar called **Understanding legal steps you can take now**, designed to help you make sense of your options and understand what different legal steps actually involve. We’ll talk through practical ways to protect your interests, explain the processes you might encounter, and help you approach decisions in a more manageable, less overwhelming way, wherever you’re starting from.
There’ll also be time at the end for questions, so you can raise anything specific that’s on your mind or explore different scenarios.

Before the session, we’d love to hear from the community:
**what’s the legal part of separation or divorce you feel most unsure about right now?**
Is it knowing when to take action, understanding your options, or worrying about the consequences of getting it wrong?
