My estranged husband doesn't have a forwarding address as he is a nomad. When filing for divorce, could documents be sent to him via email using docu-sign?

Hi Jennifer, The rules and regulations for filing for divorce and serving divorce papers vary depending on where you live. In some places, it may be possible to serve divorce papers via email, such as in England and Wales, however, the process for this will be different than the normal procedure.
