I cannot believe this is happening. We're 14 weeks into the 20-week wait, conditional order isn't even here yet, and my husband has just decided he's not contributing to the mortgage anymore. His name is still on it. Mine is too. I've spoken to my solicitor and apparently my options are limited until we get a financial remedy order in place but that could take months. I've got my two (9 and 6) to think about, I can't let the house fall into arrears, so I'm just covering the whole thing myself. Nearly £1,100 a month on one income. I'm absolutely exhausted and furious.
