Me and my soon to be ex wife have 3 properties. First we own and currently live in, second is rented out long term and we still have the mortgage. The third is abroad and occasionally rented as a holiday let.
How would we go about splitting these fairly? We have started to discuss and neither of us seem to come to any conclusions that seem fair.
