Could anybody possibly explain this in very clear and simple English?
Can anybody please explain the following in simple language?

Pursuant to ....Notes....all matters in sub-paragraphs 2 and 3 being satisfied Application granted for Decree Absolute out of time.

Hi Natalie, It's difficult to answer without seeing the document you're referring to but it sounds like you may have run out of time to make the Decree Absolute final…(you have to make the application within 12 months of the Decree Nisi being granted). If this is the case, you will have to do a D11, pay a £50 court fee and make an application to make your Decree Absolute final. For the best advice, it's best to book a call so you can speak to one of our experts.
