Aside from the joint asset of the house our finances are tied up in property ventures instigated by partner. Am being advised these benefit both of us and cannot be stopped or stalled immediately. However I would like to start the amicable process and hope this element can be part of discussion but partner does not want to start it until he knows statis of investments I.e does not want to jeopardise them. This might mean wait8ng a longer time to get started if at all. I am frustrated.
