My ex has left documenting the finances to me. He has a huge collection of retired lego, hornby trains etc. He agreed to make an inventory 5 years ago when he moved out. He poured a lot of money into this when we were togther and he was a consultant. He said rather putting into a pension. He now says he doesn't know what it is worth . He has taken 90% of it to his new place . I need to get the finances settled and move on . I am in the family home and can't afford the mortgage payments. I am just paying the mortgage interest. I want to sell and get something affordable for me.
