Hi Anna, thanks for reaching out to amicable. This will depend on several things such as whether or not you need help agreeing on arrangements for your children and finances and if you plan on getting your financial arrangements made legally binding through a consent order.

You can start your divorce yourself via the government website, and all you'll need to pay in the court fee (£593 - unless you're eligible to money off). We have a simple divorce service if you would like our help with this. If you would like help reaching an agreement over your finances or children, we offer services which include coaching and we can write up your agreements into a consent order, if you chose a service which includes a consent order.

You can find out more about the options available to you by booking a free 15-minute call with one of our experts.
