I'm separating from my wife and want to know long we need to be separated for before we can legally separate / divorce. We stopped living together four months ago.

Hi anon444 - you need to have been married for at least a year before you can file for divorce. If this is the case you then need to start divorce proceedings by completing the appropriate forms.
