They’ll share practical guidance on focusing on what matters, managing your time and energy, rebuilding confidence, and creating a support system that works for you. There’ll also be time at the end for questions so you can ask about your own situation.
Claire and James have years of experience helping people navigate life after divorce with confidence and independence. They combine psychology, coaching, and practical wellbeing strategies to give evidence-based advice that really works in the real world.
