Hi everyone,

Supporting teenagers through separation can feel particularly complex. They’re often dealing with big changes already, friendships, identity, independence, and family changes can add another layer of emotion and uncertainty.

On **Monday 13th April at 12:30pm**, we’re running a 45-minute webinar on “Supporting your teenager during divorce”, hosted by Anthony Syder and Erik Castenskiold. They’ll be sharing insights into how teenagers experience separation, along with practical ways to support them, communicate openly, and avoid placing them in the middle of conflict. There’ll also be time for questions at the end.

Ahead of the session, we’d really value hearing from the community:

- What have you found most challenging about supporting a teenager through separation?
- Have there been any approaches that have helped (or not helped) when it comes to communication or boundaries?

Sharing your experiences can help others feel less alone, and may help shape some of the discussion in the webinar.
