My Husband has agreed to a divorce (was initiated by me). I need help with regards to finances. He is holding all the cards as has always controlled the money (we have been together 22 years and married for 10). He knows that my mother wants to give me early inheritace (i havent yet received any money from her) but he wants to take this money into account when discussing finances. I said we will need to take his future inheriace into account if this is the case but has said death inheriatance isnt included. Surely this isnt fair? Or the fact my mum hasnt given me anything as yet this cant be taken into account just because he knows its coming? Please help!
