When you’re going through a separation, understanding each other’s financial situation is a key step, but it can also feel confusing, intrusive, or even daunting.

On 23rd February at 12:30pm, our Negotiation Divorce Specialist Katie Reid will be running a 45-minute webinar on Understanding financial disclosure basics. She’ll cover what financial disclosure involves, the key documents you may need, how to approach sharing information, and some of the common challenges people face. There’ll also be time for your questions at the end.

Financial disclosure is often described as “just paperwork”, but for many people it brings up uncertainty or anxiety.

We’d love to open this up to the community:

What feels most unclear about financial disclosure for you?

Is it knowing what documents are needed, how much detail to provide, or how to make sure everything is fair?

If you’ve already been through it, what do you wish you’d understood earlier?

You’re very welcome to share your questions or thoughts here ahead of the session, or post afterwards if you’re watching the recording. Your experiences may help shape the discussion and reassure others who are at an earlier stage.
