This is my first time posting. My ex and I agreed to split in January and we agreed that I would buy out his share in our property. We aren't married but have lived together for 15 years. Although he's agreed to this and has (very slowly) been moving his stuff to a storage unit & has been sleeping on the sofa, he's done nothing about looking for somewhere else to live. I'm trying to be understanding and patient and keep things amicable but I don't think it's healthy to continue living like this and we need to move on. I understand I'm in a better financial position and have tried to keep things amicable but how can I move this forward and what can I do if he refuses to move out?
