My husband and I are in the initial chat stage of a potential separation.
He is a 50% director of his limited company with a friend and he has been 'saving' money here by effectively reducing his dividends, arguing this is his future fund?!
Is he able to do this, does anyone know? It seems unfair that he can effectively ring fence funds like this but my savings accounts will be fair game?
