Thanks for reaching out to amicable.
Our fixed fees do not include the court fees. You can add these on at checkout or you can tick the box if you're applying for Help with Fees using the government scheme. If you're referring to our Divorce with Consent Order Service, which is £1200, you would need to pay the court fees on top which are £593 to file your divorce application and £58 to file your consent order.
