We applied for our no fault divorce in May. How long does it take to get the conditional order back from court?

Hi Ryan and Rebecca,
The conditional order application is usually returned in around 3-5 weeks, and you will receive your 'certificate of entitlement' which has the date your 'conditional order' will be pronounced by a judge in court. No physical attendance is required. The conditional order date is usually set for a few weeks later. All dates are subject to court processing times. You can always contact the court for updates and if your an amicable customer, you'll be able to see latest updates on your dashboard.
Thanks, Holly
