I joined the ''co parenting at christmas'' webinar with Bec Jones and Anthony Syder and found it really helpful. They covered things such as avoiding awkward questions from family, keeping plans simple for the kids, agreeing on presents etc
one thing I’m still unsure about is how to talk to my kids about what christmas will look like now that we are separating. They already know about the divorce, but I want the day to feel calm and not have any negative surprises for them.
If anyone has simple ways of explaining the plan or examples of what worked for your family i'd really appreciate it
