We have not started divorce proceedings and my ex dis agree to buy me out as trying to stay amicable, that was until after we all looked at a home for me and the boys and had a offer accepted the same day he later changed his mind and said I have to wait until we divorce with a consent order so I have no more rights to the old joint property, I would of thought after a transfer of title i would have no rights anyway. Am I wrong in that
