We are in week 10 of the cooling off period and still living together with our 7 year old.
I am becoming ill with stress from the situation, and have asked husband to move out.
Is it possible for me to apply for mortgage now to buy him out, or do I have to wait till after the 20 week cooling off period? I am really confused.
He wants/needs the money to move out. I honestly think I'm going to end up having a nervous breakdown if I have to live like this any longer.
