I will try to keep this brief.
I am separated, divorce application not started yet.
I live in the family home which has £150K equity
My ex's pension valuation is £200K more than mine and annual salary is +£40k per year more than mine.
I am being pushed to sell the house as my ex want 50% out. My ex mortgage borrowing power is significant compared to mine.
What realistic options do I have here?
How can I get the best possible situation now to help me have a suitable home for me and our 3 children?
I have yet to table options to my ex, but i do think my ex will just refute eveything I suggest.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
