I currently own a house with my sister as Joint Tenants, my sister lives in that house and I also have another house with my future wife which is owned by myself and future wife, we both reside there and this will be the matrimonialhome. My future wife has not lived or contributed in any way to the house I own with my sister.

I will be getting married in May this year and I want to ensure my sister is protected in the event of a divorce and have the below questions:

If I were to divorce, would my future wife have any right to ownership of the house I own with my sister? If so, would this be an equity share or could I simply pay a settlement as a one off lump sum if she were to be given 50/50 of any matrimonial assets?
