Why create goals? Focusing on the future rather than dwelling on the past leads to a more positive mindset for everyone during separation .

Creating goals is a simple way of focusing on the future, therefore, bringing structure and order to the process. They ensure each small decision fits within the bigger picture of what you are trying to achieve.
