Financial disclosure - you will need to provide full details of your personal and joint finances to apply for a consent order. If you purchase an amicable service, you do this through your dashboard in a straightforward online form
Expert review - get expert insight from your Divorce Specialist to check whether your agreement is fair and prepare explanations for the court
The ‘legal bit’ - we manage your divorce and prepare your consent order which outlines your financial agreements - including Form D81, Form A and a pension sharing order where applicable
