Divorce with Consent Order Service

If you’ve separated from your partner, you’ll need to work out how you plan on separating your finances. This includes dividing any money, property, pensions, and debt.

You will also need to go through the legal steps to get divorced and make your financial arrangements legally binding through a consent order to end the possibility of future claims (a ‘clean break’).

Our Divorce with Consent Order Service is designed for couples who have not started their divorce, are in total agreement about how to separate their finances and their agreement is broadly an equal split.

If you have any questions about your agreement, would like an expert review, if your agreement is not broadly an equal split, or if you have complex assets*, you will need to use our Assisted Divorce and Consent Order Service.

*Complex assets include three or more properties (including part ownership or overseas property), a business or overseas assets or assets over £2M.
