If you come to an agreement about property and money in our coaching sessions, or through mediations or simply agreeing things between you, then to make your agreements legally binding you'll need to have a consent order (also called a financial order). Using the amicable service means there's no need to hire two separate lawyers to draft your documents, as we can prepare your consent order for you as part of our service.
Here's how it works in three simple steps
Book a call and find the best option for you
Book a call to speak with one of amicable's expert coaches to undestand whether or not mediation is the right option for you, and how amicable can help.
Get started with your chosen service
amicable facilitates your chosen service and you will have access to your amicable dashboard which is full of useful resources to help you through the process.
You both move on, amicably
If you have chosen a service which includes a consent order, then this is written up and sent to the court for a judge to review, once signed by you both.
