If you come to an agreement about property and money in our coaching sessions, or through mediations or simply agreeing things between you, then to make your agreements legally binding you'll need to have a consent order (also called a financial order). Using the amicable service means there's no need to hire two separate lawyers to draft your documents, as we can prepare your consent order for you as part of our service.
