She has extensive experience in financial and child arrangements upon divorce, aiding with the legal and emotional side of the process. Ailsa moved to amicable to shift her focus to helping couples separate in a more amicable and child-focused way.
Before joining amicable, Anna worked as a family law solicitor for 11 years. Anna has wide legal experience in divorce, financial and children matters which has led her to firmly believe in an amicable’s philosophy. Anna joined amicable in 2018 and oversees the drafting of consent orders.
Anthony is a dispute resolution practitioner with experience across multiple sectors including family, employment and commercial. His areas of interest include the voice of the child, diverse and inclusive families and human rights. Anthony currently sits on the board of the Family Mediators Association and is a Divorce Specialist and partnerships lead at amicable.
Atlanta has a law degree and has worked in family law for over two years. She is dedicated to guiding couples through separation with empathy and a friendly approach.
Having had over 10 years of experience as a divorce lawyer, Rebecca leads amicable's Negotiation team. Rebecca played a vital role in developing the amicable process and is renowned for her empathetic approach. With expertise in child arrangements, blended families, and complex finances, she is a fountain of knowledge.
Carol holds decades of experience in global change management, project negotiation and training. Having embarked on a career change to become an accredited family mediator, Carol aims to support separating parents in their transition to successful co-parents.
Dan provides invaluable support to couples navigating the challenging process of divorce. Dan’s empathetic approach, combined with over 12 years of experience as a family solicitor, allows him to assist couples in achieving fair outcomes, not just for themselves, but also for their ongoing family unit.
Ellen has worked in family law for over 10 years and has completed the LPC and Master of Laws.
Emma is a highly qualified and experienced professional with a unique background in both linguistics and law. Emma has seamlessly transitioned into the field of divorce, for which she has become an invaluable member of the Divorce and Consent Order team here at amicable.
Izabela joined amicable in 2019 after completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She firmly believes that dedicating one's energy to pursuing a career in family law can be incredibly rewarding, particularly when it comes to making a difference in people's lives and having a wide positive impact.
Jenny is a treasured member of the Consent Order Drafting team. Following her studies at the University of Birmingham and the College of Law, Jenny worked as a solicitor at the International Family Law Group. For 9 years, Jenny honed her skills and expertise in international, children and finance law.
Prior to her joining amicable in 2018, Lisa worked as a caseworker for a legal services charity specialising in housing, equality, and human rights. Lisa is currently doing her SQE examinations and is passionate about helping couples find pragmatic and compassionate approaches to their divorce.
Lucy qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in family law and practiced in law for several years before joining amicable. Lucy uses this experience to enhance her ability to help and ensures that customers have the best possible outcome for their own unique circumstances and that of their family units. Lucy's experience in private client matters as well as conveyancing transactions adds to her ability to practically consider the implementation of customers agreements.
Mark has 5 years of experience as a Family Paralegal and Professional McKenzie Friend, providing support through Divorce and Child Arrangements. Mark has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Brighton University.
Mike is a Divorce Specialist at amicable and a former family solicitor. Since 2018, he has worked to help others achieve fair outcomes and increase access to justice within the legal sector. Significant experience in relationship property disputes, facilitation of Parenting Through Separation programmes (which help couples navigate the transition to co-parents successfully) and care of children matters all contribute to his ability to guide our couples through an uncertain time. When it comes to parenting, Mike supports those he works with to take a child-centred, strengths-based and pragmatic approach wherever possible.
Nathan has a solid background in family law and previously led a team of professionals who specialised in consent orders (legalising your financial separation when you divorce). Nathan's core focus is to help couples to end their relationship amicably.
Nicky is a Divorce Specialist and specialises in helping people navigate the emotional and legal process in the most amicable way possible.
Paul is a Divorce Specialist and has been in family law for 20 years, qualifying as a family solicitor in 2010. He is also an Accredited Family Mediator with vast experience of working with couples to arrive at mutually agreed outcomes for themselves, and where applicable, their children. Paul stepped away from his role as solicitor to join amicable in 2024 to help those going through separation work together to resolve issues regarding divorce, finances and children. He understands the emotions couples are going through and is able to adopt a sensitive, yet professional approach, to help guide them through the process.
Sarah is a Divorce Specialist and specialises in helping people navigate the emotional and legal process in the most amicable way possible. Sarah has worked in the legal sector for 9 years and qualified as a paralegal specialising in family law in 2018. She has experience with dealing with finances upon divorce and separation as well as helping separated parents with child arrangements.
Shreepali is a former Solicitor with over 20 years of experience in Dispute Resolution, Family and Commercial law. Leveraging her exceptional interpersonal skills, she adeptly employs a compassionate approach, facilitating a fair and amicable separation process for couples.
Siân is a qualified (non-practising) solicitor and brings a wealth of legal knowledge to her role as a consent order specialist, particularly in private client matters including wills and probate. Siân has also spent time at Cardiff Crown Court working within criminal law. Siân holds a law degree, an LPC qualification, and a Masters with a focus on family law.
Sue is a Divorce Specialist at amicable and specialising in helping individuals to separate on amicable terms. Sue previously received a Postgraduate Diploma in Law at BPP Professional Law School. Before amicable, Sue’s most recent role was as a Legal Caseworker at Ealing Equality Council.
Laura is a former solicitor with a strong background in both commercial and family law. Since turning her focus to supporting families, she has guided individuals through the complexities of separation, offering expertise in financial matters and child arrangements. Laura has also trained as a mediator, and her dedication to fostering kinder, collaborative resolutions ultimately led her to amicable.
Hope is a Consent Order Specialist and part of the Consent Order Team at amicable. She is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive and has been working in private family law for the past two years, focusing on resolving financial matters. Hope shares amicable’s goal of making the process of separation kinder and better.
Gemma is a Consent Order Specialist and part of the Consent Order Drafting Team at amicable. Gemma has over 16 years of experience as a solicitor, specialising in all aspects of family law. Before joining amicable, Gemma gained a wide range of legal expertise in divorce, separation, financial and children's matters. Gemma chose to join amicable to help couples resolve family matters together in a sympathetic, supportive and child-focused way.

Charlie is a Divorce Specialist and administrator with a passion for helping individuals navigate the challenging process of separation. Charlie has a law degree from Sussex University, specialising in family law. Charlie is dedicated to providing compassionate support and expert guidance.
Chloe is a Divorce Specialist and Customer Service Administrator who is committed to providing effective support during a divorce. She holds a law degree and is currently advancing her expertise with a Masters in Law while preparing for the Solicitor Qualification Examinations.
Hafiz is an Administrative Assistant in the Customer Services Team. Hafiz has worked as a backend engineer for a startup law firm that transitioned into tech, leveraging new technologies. He excels in technical roles and applies soft skills with meticulous attention to detail. His passion for technology brings ambition and drive to his work at amicable.
Rania is an Administrative Assistant in the Customer Services Team. Rania's outgoing and warm demeanour has been essential to her success in over 15 years within customer-related service. Rania has worked in different sectors in the luxury hospitality industry where she has been able to use her transferable skills to ensure the utmost customer experience throughout their journey. She has an empathetic yet positive approach which allows her to build trusted bonds with her customers and teams alike. Her passion is finding solutions and overcoming challenges to ensure a successful result.
Leadership
Following her own protracted and expensive divorce, Emma joined amicable in the early days as one of the first Divorce Specialists. With over 25 years of experience in leadership positions, Emma is now Head of Operations, responsible for the internal processes and customer experience at amicable.
Helen is amicable’s Head of Finance and has worked with the co-founders, Kate and Pip, from the very beginning of amicable. Having started her career at Deloitte, Helen has over 25 years of experience working with a variety of companies, supporting them to develop a solid financial structure to enable businesses to grow and build strong teams.
Kate Daly is a co-founder of amicable. Kate is a divorce expert and helps couples and separated parents navigate divorce and separation amicably. Kate is passionate about changing the way the world divorces and campaigns for fairer divorce laws and access to justice.
Laura is the Head of Commercial at amicable and has experience across various sectors.
Pip is the co-founder and CEO of amicable and a successful tech entrepreneur, director, angel investor and startup mentor. She believes in the power of teams, and the importance of diversity, and is passionate about empowering women in tech.
Operations
Holly is the Brand Manager at amicable and part of the marketing team. With a background in marketing, she’s passionate about growing brands that serve a social purpose and improve the lives of others. Holly’s committed to helping couples end their relationship in a kinder and better way, without a ‘legal battle’.
Jack is the Finance administrator at amicable and part of the Finance team. He has a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Sussex. He is passionate about helping and making sure the planning for financial goals by working daily to achieve and maintain the financial health of amicable.
Joanna is the HR Manager at amicable. She is CIPD qualified and has experience in SMEs and global organisations.
Tatiana is a Marketing Assistant and part of the Brand & Marketing Team. With a marketing and graphic design background, she’s passionate about helping innovative brands make a difference.
Murad has over 8 years of experience and specialises in IT support and analyst roles. Murad is passionate about helping people solve their technical issues and providing great customer service. Whether it's a software issue or a hardware problem, you can count on him to get it sorted quickly and efficiently.
Kristine is the HR and Recruitment Assistant at amicable. She discovered her passion for HR during her time in retail, where she gained valuable experience in managing recruitment processes and employee relations. Her goal at amicable is to foster a collaborative environment where both the company and its people can thrive.
Paasha is a Business Manager at amicable with 4+ years experience in the startup and VC ecosystem. She has a generalist background and has held roles as an Operations Consultant, Founder, Relationship Manager and Podcast Host. She’s most passionate about being a connector of people and ideas. Her interest in Strategy and Operations naturally comes from both encountering her own startup mishaps as well as her curiosity to learn more about businesses that transform the way the world works.
Jenny is the Content Marketing Specialist at amicable and part of the marketing team. Previously a health & wellbeing journalist and content editor for an online menopause clinic, she loves promoting brands with a social purpose and finding new ways to connect with audiences - helping people along the way.
Cal Price is the Partnership Manager and part of the Operations team at amicable. He spent over a decade building partnerships to help businesses grow, most recently with Holland & Barrett across wellness, health tech and SaaS. At amicable, he’ll be creating partnerships to support our mission of making relationship endings less stressful, both financially and emotionally.
