Is a financial order legally binding before absolute?
My wife and I are hopefully almost divorced. We're awaiting a decision from the court on the financial order.
I have been living with my parents for 3 years (with kids visiting twice a week). Can't afford to move out while I'm paying half the mortgage on fmh.
My question is. If I move out now, into rented accommodation and assisted by my parents (till the fmh is sold and I can pay my rent) will that have any negative impact on the case?
My wife has always insisted that my parents will 'look after me' financially.
So after the financial order is granted is it binding or can she change her mind?
